Job Title: BIM Engineer – Aluminum & Façade

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer with expertise in aluminum and façade systems to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) for façade projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update 3D BIM models for aluminum and façade works.
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings using Revit and related BIM tools.
• Coordinate façade systems with other disciplines (structural, architectural, MEP).
• Perform clash detection and resolve technical issues in collaboration with consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, project specifications, and international BIM standards.
• Generate quantities, schedules, and material take-offs directly from BIM models.
• Provide BIM support across the project lifecycle to design, engineering, and execution teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to digital project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in BIM engineering, with proven expertise in aluminum and façade systems.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 (or similar platforms).
• Strong knowledge of façade engineering principles, fabrication processes, and installation methods.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per mont
