For company profile, please visit the website :- www.assystemstup.com Job Description Responsibilities: Develop and maintain 3D models using BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate model creation Coordinate and integrate various building systems (structural, MEP, architectural) within BIM models Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between different building components Generate 2D drawings and documentation from 3D models Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols Participate in project meetings and provide BIM-related input Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimations using BIM data Support construction teams with model-based information during the building process Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle Train and mentor junior team members on BIM best practices Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends Contribute to the development and improvement of BIM workflows and processes Prepare BIM execution plans and project-specific BIM requirements Ensure data integrity and quality control of BIM models Qualifications **Qualifications:** **Required:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related engineering discipline Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit and AutoCAD Demonstrated experience with 3D modeling and BIM coordination on construction or design projects Strong knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices Experience with clash detection and resolution of building system conflicts Proficiency in generating 2D drawings and technical documentation from 3D models Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and quality control Proficiency in quantity take-offs and cost estimation using BIM data **Preferred:** BIM certification or formal BIM training Experience with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination Project management experience in construction or design environments Familiarity with additional BIM software platforms or tools Experience mentoring or training junior team members Knowledge of current BIM technologies and industry trends Additional Information Should have a good understanding of work commitments.
