We are seeking a BIM Engineer/Coordinator with proven experience on mega projects (500,000 sq. ft.+) to lead BIM modeling and coordination for a 1.6M sq. ft. development. You will work closely with U.S. and Puerto Rico licensed MEP engineers and international trades (UK/Caribbean/U.S.) to deliver the full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) package.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead BIM coordination using Revit & Navisworks (clash detection, MEP integration).
2. Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans and project standards.
3. Coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, and trades across multiple regions.
4. Produce detailed models and construction-ready documentation.
5. Support compliance with U.S./Puerto Rico codes (NEC, ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC).
Requirements:
5+ years BIM coordination experience (MEP focus).
Advanced Revit & Navisworks skills.
Experience on commercial, resort, or large-scale developments.
Knowledge of U.S. codes is an asset.
Strong communication skills for international team collaboration.
Contract Type:
Project-based (with potential long-term opportunity).
Compensation:
Competitive daily rate (£300–£450/day) depending on experience.
