JCPS Mechanical Ltd require a BIM Lead to join our team, to ensure high quality, fully coordinated BIM models are developed and maintained in line with project goals, company standards and client requirements. This role is a full-time permanent position and will be based out of our head office/warehouse in Ballycoolin, Dublin 11.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar BIM role within the mechanical or building services industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM360 (or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of mechanical services (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.).
• Knowledge of construction processes, standards, and digital workflows.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to drive innovation.
