ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are a fast-growing BIM outsourcing and consulting company based in Dubai, delivering coordinated, high-quality BIM solutions for architecture, structure, and MEP services across the UAE and the wider GCC region. Our projects span hospitality, residential, wellness, and infrastructure sectors. We partner with consultants, contractors, and developers to support digital delivery across the entire project lifecycle.We are now hiring a Mid-Level BIM Lead to join our expanding Dubai team and help manage BIM delivery on multiple exciting projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of BIM experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior coordinator role.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, and/or Revizto is a strong advantage.
• Experience in delivering coordinated models for multidisciplinary projects (especially in the GCC).
• Sound knowledge of ISO 19650, LOD specifications, and project delivery standards.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

• Lead the coordination and delivery of BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using Autodesk Revit.
• Implement and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and ensure team compliance.
• Manage clash detection, coordination reporting, and issue resolution using Navisworks, ACC, or Revizto.
• Supervise a small team of modelers and BIM technicians, ensuring productivity and quality.
• Coordinate with external consultants, clients, and site teams to ensure alignment on BIM scope, deliverables, and workflows.
• Extract 2D documentation, schedules, and quantity take-offs directly from BIM models.
• Ensure that models are developed to required LOD/LOI standards, aligned with ISO 19650 and project EIRs.
• Support the BIM Manager in QA/QC, training junior staff, and improving internal workflows.
