Job Description BESIX Watpac have a rare opportunity to join our VIC Construction team as a BIM Manager. This role is responsible for strategic BIM management and project BIM delivery. The key responsibilities of this position include: Advise on best practice technical BIM processes, across all project phases from concept to completion. Develop BIM Management and Execution Plans for bid and project teams. Assess, audit and federate models for project teams and provide reports on status and compliance. Coordinate and review BIM information (including clash detection) and assist with project design coordination meetings. Assist in the development and integration of BIM processes into the business. Provide technical support and practical training in utilising BIM information with digital tools. Translate BIM requirements into practical digital delivery processes to improve business outcomes Qualifications The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience: Demonstrated BIM Management experience within the building construction industry. Ability to follow, implement and improve custom company & project BIM processes with end deliverables in mind. Working knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC and Drafting Standards. Understanding project workflows (schematic design, design development, construction documentation phases, building construction sequencing). Proficient computer skills, including in relevant software programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM Collaborate, AutoCAD, Revizto, Enscape).
