Your Impact Own and implement BIM/Digital Delivery strategies at project and portfolio level Define and enforce BIM/CAD standards, data schemas, and QA/QC protocols Lead multi-disciplinary coordination across Civil/Track, Structures, Architecture, MEP, Systems, and Construction Advance automation and analytics using tools like Dynamo and Python Champion CDE adoption and information governance (ACC/BIM 360, ProjectWise/iTwin) Provide BIM consultancy and shape digital twin / 4D/5D/6D roadmaps Upskill teams through training, coaching, and playbooks Support bids and mobilizations with digital delivery scopes and assurance Drive long-term digital transformation strategies for the business unit Lead client-facing model walkthroughs and digital delivery briefings The Skills That Set You Apart 8–10 years of experience in BIM/Digital Delivery for major infrastructure projects Mastery of Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, MicroStation; familiarity with Bentley OpenX Deep knowledge of ISO 19650 and CDE platforms Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or related field Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and mentor teams Passion for innovation and leveraging technology to deliver smarter solutions Why Choose WSP?
