It´s a recognized for the design of sports venues, large-scale urban developments and complex architectural projects worldwide. We are currently looking for a BIM Manager (Revit) with 3–7 years of experience to join our "BIM & Innovation team" in Madrid. This role is ideal for someone passionate about BIM, digital workflows and emerging technologies in architecture, who wants to contribute to the development of innovative design processes and high-quality BIM delivery across international projects. Job Description YOUR ROLE As part of the "BIM & Innovation team", you will work closely with project teams to implement BIM standards, coordinate models and develop advanced digital workflows across multiple projects. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm’s BIM strategy and digital tools, helping to shape the future of how we design and deliver architecture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Implement and develop the office BIM standards aligned with ISO 19650 Manage and coordinate Revit BIM models across multiple projects Support teams in the development of complex parametric and 3D models Improve workflows through automation and digital tools (Dynamo, scripting, etc.) Coordinate multidisciplinary models (architecture, structure, MEP) Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Research and introduce new technologies and digital methodologies Contribute to prototyping, 3D models and digital experimentation Qualifications Master’s Degree in Architecture 3–7 years of professional experience in architectural project development Strong experience working with Revit and BIM methodologies Knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards Experience in large or complex architectural projects is highly valued Knowledge of Dynamo, Revit API or workflow automation is a plus Experience with Rhinoceros and Grasshopper is highly valued Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM teams Experience with Navisworks and clash detection processes Interest in digital innovation, computational design and AI applied to architecture Advanced English Availability to travel Business Line: Energy and Sustainable Cities Service Line: Architecture Region: Europe and Africa Job Family: Architecture Profession: Architect - Designer Architecture II
