THIS ROLE IS CENTRAL TO ENSURING EXCELLENCE IN OUR DIGITAL PRACTICE, SUPPORTING PROJECT TEAMS, ELEVATING MODEL QUALITY, AND ADVANCING THE FIRM’S USE OF EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES, INCLUDING AUTOMATION AND AI IN BIM. YOU WILL CHAMPION FIRMWIDE STANDARDS, STREAMLINE WORKFLOWS, AND EMPOWER PROJECT TEAMS TO EXECUTE DESIGN AND DOCUMENTATION EFFICIENTLY AND ACCURATELY. THIS ROLE REQUIRES A STRATEGIC THINKER WHO CAN BALANCE TECHNICAL EXPERTISE WITH STRONG COMMUNICATION AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS, DRIVING CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND INNOVATION IN DIGITAL PROJECT DELIVERY.   RESPONSIBILITIES: BIM LEADERSHIP & STANDARDS • Lead the creation, implementation, and refinement of BIM standards, templates, families, and project startup workflows. • Maintain and update firmwide BIM documentation aligned with industry best practices. • Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BXPs) for project teams. • Advocate for adherence to Ennead’s BIM standards and protocols. PROJECT SUPPORT & COORDINATION • Participate in project BIM meetings to support BIM Leads. • Troubleshoot model issues and conduct performance audits. • Coordinate multidisciplinary workflows and consultant integration. • Support model setup from early concept through final documentation. TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION & INNOVATION • Develop automated model-health dashboards for QA/QC. • Configure and customize digital tools including Revit, ACC, Rhino/Grasshopper, Navisworks, Dynamo, and scripting tools. • Build custom scripts in Dynamo, Python, C#, or JavaScript. • Evaluate and introduce emerging tools including AI-enabled documentation and visualization workflows. TRAINING & KNOWLEDGE SHARING • Develop and deliver BIM training and onboarding sessions. • Produce internal documentation, standards, and learning resources. • Contribute to firmwide professional development initiatives. COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION • Collaborate with project managers, designers, engineers, and IT. • Resolve conflicting perspectives and communicate decisions clearly. • Support workflows within Autodesk Construction Cloud and other CDEs.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture • 10 years of professional experience delivering architecture and interiors projects using Revit • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud • Strong understanding of architectural design, construction drawings, and specifications • Advanced experience documenting and coordinating in Revit during Design Development and Construction Documents phases • Experience developing and enforcing BIM standards, templates, and QA/QC workflows • Ability to create BIM Execution Plans and lead multidisciplinary coordination • Strong troubleshooting skills for complex Revit, ACC, and interoperability issues • Experience with Revit plug-ins and extensions such as Ideate, Ideate Automation, DiRoots tools, PyRevit, Pirros, and similar platforms • Familiarity with Dynamo, Grasshopper, Rhino.Inside, or automation/AI-driven workflows • Experience training and mentoring staff on BIM tools, standards, and best practices • Knowledge of clash detection tools (Navisworks, ACC Model Coordination, Revizto) • Understanding of interoperability standards and workflows (IFC, COBie, point clouds, Scan-to-BIM) • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills • Ability to identify goals/deliverables and plan effective processes to achieve them PREFERRED / PLUS EXPERIENCE: • Penn State College of Engineering BIM Planning for Projects certification or equivalent • Experience building Dynamo graphs or coding in Python, C# • Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams (architects, engineers, consultants) • Extensive experience with data analysis, model auditing, and testing The salary range for this role is $120k-$135K. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
