Description

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture or Equivalent Courses / Experience in the integration and application of BIM in a multi-disciplinary environment. Able to provide input to estimates for the engineering budget and schedule and to oversee technical resources to meet requirements on large and complex projects. Preferably Ten (10) years' experience working with BIM Projects. Preferably Six (6) years' experience in the use and application of BIM for International project design or construction. Preferably Three (3) years' experience in multi-BIM management. Experience in managing and leading teams of BIM Modelers in the project environment. Knowledge of international standards codes and best practise in relation to the application of BIM into project including ISO19650, RIBA and AIA standards.

Responsibilities

The BIM Manager will oversee technical resources and provide input to estimates for engineering budgets and schedules on large and complex projects. They will also manage and lead teams of BIM Modelers in a project environment.
