    Tiello has partnered with an established construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions and are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to support their continued growth and company success.
    As a BIM Manager for Tiello, you will be responsible for working with advanced 3D modeling tools and collaboration software. Your expertise in BIM technologies will be crucial in coordinating project data, enhancing design accuracy, and ensuring seamless integration across departments.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • 3-5 years of prior BIM Manager experience.
  • Proficient with Revit and BIM Modeling for MEP projects. Particularly Mechanical systems.
  • Advanced 3D modeling knowledge.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Familiar with HVAC and plumbing design.

Responsibilities
  • This role includes direct management of three BIM Coordinators.
  • Work in BIM software and systems, ensuring stability and reliability across project teams.
  • Coordinate and oversee the integration of BIM technology in both new and existing projects.
  • Work with Project Managers to coordinate design needs.
