WSP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Manager to join our team in Riyadh to lead the digital delivery of high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive BIM expertise, strong leadership qualities, and a proven track record within a consultancy environment.

Your new role, what’s involved?

• Lead and manage all BIM-related activities across high-rise building projects in line with WSP’s digital delivery strategy.
• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM execution plans and standards in accordance with client and project requirements.
• Coordinate with design, architecture, structural, and MEP teams to ensure seamless model integration and information accuracy.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of federated models, clash detection, and coordination reviews using industry-standard tools.
• Provide training, support, and mentorship to project teams on BIM processes, tools, and technologies.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other consultants to ensure smooth BIM workflows and data exchanges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive innovation in digital delivery and support WSP’s digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and other applicable BIM frameworks and regulations.
