Job Title: BIM MEP Modelers
Location: Dubai Office

Reports To: BIM Manager / Project Lead / Design Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for forward-thinking BIM Modelers to join our team and support complex design and construction projects using Autodesk Revit and other BIM technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for model creation, coordination, and documentation while ensuring that design intent is maintained through the project lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling and documentation using Autodesk Revit.
• knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, LOD requirements, IFC workflows).
• Strong understanding of interdisciplinary coordination principles.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and detail-oriented mindset.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with cloud-based collaboration platforms (e.g., ACC, BIM 360)

  Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per mont

• Develop and manage accurate, data-rich Revit models throughout all project phases (concept to construction)
• Prepare construction documentation, visualizations, and technical drawings from BIM models.
• Integrate and manage project-specific content including families, parameters, and schedules.
• Maintain model performance and data integrity by following project protocols.
• Engage in QA/QC processes to validate geometry and non-graphical data accuracy.
