We are currently expanding our ENGINEERING SERVICES and are looking for a BIM MEP Leader to join our growing team and help deliver high quality projects to our clients. Job Description - Create 3D MEP models, Revit families and drawings based on Pointcloud, Design drawing … - Update and revise BIM 3D models and design drawings throughout the project life cycle. - Detect and solve MEP clashes, make QA&QC reports. - Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models and drawings. - Follow internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning. - Coordination of modelling, deliverables, and modifications with overseas colleagues Qualifications - Degree in MEP engineering or equivalent; 3-5 years of experience in a similar role; - Proven experience working with BIM softwares and supporting tools (Dynamo, Dirit, API…) - Solid knowledge of Revit, Recap - Proven experience in collaborative BIM platforms & common data environments, e.g., Autodesk construction cloud (ACC), BIM collaborate pro - Have knowledge of ISO 19650 standard, Omni classification, Cobie Classification, IFC exportation standard would be preferred. - Able to communicate well in English - Expertise in the planning of electric systems and measurement and control technology - Expertise in electrical or ventilation design - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
