POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler with specialization in aluminum façade or steel structural systems. This role requires precision modeling skills, strong interdisciplinary coordination, and the ability to manage complex architectural and structural documentation within BIM platforms. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver fully integrated, high-quality models and design outputs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on BIM modeling experience with a specific focus on aluminum façades or steel structural systems.
• Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and optionally Tekla Structures.
• Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of fabrication, installation processes, and construction detailing for architectural and structural elements.
• Documentation Skills: Skilled in producing shop drawings and coordinating design documentation for construction.
• Standards Compliance: Familiar with local and international building codes, BIM execution plans, and documentation protocols.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborative team environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications: Autodesk Certified Professional or other recognized BIM certification is a significant advantage.
• Project Experience: Previous involvement in large-scale façade or steel structure projects is highly desirable.
• Additional Skills: Familiarity with sustainable design practices, LEED standards, or energy modeling tools is a plus.

• Create and maintain high-accuracy 3D BIM models focusing on aluminum façades or structural steel systems using Autodesk Revit.
• Develop comprehensive construction drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and shop/fabrication drawings directly from the models.
