Description

Develop and maintain Mechanical BIM models using Revit MEP based on approved design drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Model and coordinate HVAC systems, including AC, ventilation, chilled water, refrigerant piping, and smoke management systems.
Model and coordinate Plumbing systems, including drainage, water supply, hot water, storm water, and associated services.
Prepare BIM models, shop drawings, coordination drawings, layouts, sections, and details required for construction.
Perform MEP coordination and clash detection and resolve conflicts with architectural, structural, electrical, and other services.
Review drawings and specifications to ensure the BIM model is accurate, coordinated, and suitable for construction.
