Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team. As a BIM Modeler, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction process by creating detailed Building Information Models (BIM) to facilitate effective project coordination and collaboration. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to produce accurate and comprehensive BIM models that meet project requirements and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit or other BIM software.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure BIM models adhere to project standards and guidelines.
- Integrate architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) models into a cohesive BIM environment.
- Coordinate and manage clash detection and resolution processes.
- Generate accurate quantity take-offs and construction documentation from BIM models.
- Support project coordination meetings and reviews.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging BIM technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
- Strong understanding of BIM concepts, methodologies, and standards.
- Experience in creating detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Prior experience in construction or architectural firms is preferred.
