Job Description EGIS is seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler – ELV & ICT with a strong modelling more specifically parametric model to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position will be expected to deliver BIM models and manage a team, assist with BIM development efforts in the company and help junior team members to enhance their skills. Responsibilities Develop detailed and accurate electrical BIM models using Revit and related software. 2D Drafting of Schematics & Single-Line Diagrams, Able to generate drawings from BIM models Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams to ensure clash-free designs Perform interdisciplinary and interface design coordination and clash detection using Navisworks and ACC Prepare detailed electrical layouts including power, lighting, cable routing, and containment systems Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, project specs, and quality standards Support design teams with timely model updates and technical clarifications Assist in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparations, and coordination drawings Meet project deadlines while maintaining accuracy and BIM standards Supporting the BIM manager in the delivery of digital outputs within project teams and the seamless sharing of information with other discipline teams Support with development of a content library suitable for the MEP team Qualifications Experienced in Revit, AutoCAD, Revizto and Navisworks for electrical system modeling. Experienced with working on collaboration and CDE platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Minimum 8+ years of experience in BIM electrical modelling Proven experience in Middle East region projects Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regional standards, and BIM workflows Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field Effective communication and teamwork skills Business Line: Transportation Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Structures Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Technical Engineering Profession: Technician III
