JOB 2: RESIDENTIAL BIM MODELER

We are partnered with a residential builder seeking a Residential BIM Modeler to create and maintain precise 3D Building Information Models for residential projects. You will help develop BIM content, coordinate with design teams, and ensure compliance with codes and permitting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years residential BIM modeling experience
• Proficient in Revit; other BIM/CAD software a plus
• Strong understanding of residential building codes and construction practices
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Preferred: experience with custom or multi-family homes, local permit processes, and software such as Blackpoint (SapphireBuild) or Higharc

  Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
