Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BIM Specialist - HVAC to join our team , you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for HVAC systems, ensuring efficient and accurate design processes. Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for HVAC systems using Revit and other BIM software Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate MEP systems and perform clash detection Create detailed shop drawings and construction documents for HVAC installations Conduct energy analysis and simulations to optimize HVAC system performance Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise on BIM and HVAC systems Continuously improve BIM processes and standards within the organization Train and mentor junior team members on BIM best practices for HVAC design Qualifications Bachelors degree in engineering Business Line: Transportation Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Structures Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Technical Engineering Profession: Technician II
