We are currently expanding our ENGINEERING SERVICES and are looking for a BIM Modeler (Point Cloud) to join our growing team and help deliver high quality projects to our clients. Job Description - Convert point cloud data into CAD models/drawings using software like Revit, AutoCAD, or similar; - Collaborate with site teams to verify as-built conditions and integrate them into drawings; - Ensure integrity and quality of CAD models/drawings; - Maintain organized datasets and documentation for project records; - Coordination of modelling, deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues. Qualifications - Degree in Civil Engineering (Road & Bridge is prefer) ; - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; - Proficient in drawing implementation using AutoCAD; - Good knowledge of English. - Experience in infrastructure projects is an advantage;\ - Must have exceptional attention to detail; - Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
