JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler - Structural to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-rise building projects, a consultancy background, and substantial UAE project experience. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Education:
• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler with a focus on structural modeling.
• Proven expertise in high-rise building projects and engineering consultancy.
• Significant UAE project experience, including familiarity with local building codes and standards.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is essential.
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles, standards, and detailing.
• Familiarity with UAE-specific authority regulations and codes (e.g., DM, Trakhees, etc.).
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Other Preferences:
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

• Structural BIM Modeling:
• Create, manage, and update structural BIM models for high-rise building projects using industry-standard software like Revit.
• Develop detailed shop drawings, layouts, and schedules based on design requirements.
• Integrate structural designs with architectural and MEP disciplines for seamless project coordination.
• Design Coordination:
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design clashes and ensure model consistency.
• Conduct clash detection and make necessary adjustments to avoid design conflicts.
• Project Documentation and Deliverables:
• Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs directly from BIM models.
• Ensure that all models and drawings meet UAE building codes, client standards, and project specifications.
• Quality Assurance and Standards Compliance:
• Perform regular quality checks on BIM models to maintain accuracy and adherence to project standards.
• Implement and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across projects.
• Technical Support and Reporting:
• Provide technical assistance to project teams regarding BIM-related tasks.
• Attend project meetings and communicate updates and revisions effectively.
