QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Revit, specifically modeling electrical distribution systems
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination workflows
• Manufacturing, industrial, or data center project experience is a plus
• Ability to work onsite full time in Queen Creek, AZ
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a BIM Modeler with a focus on electrical distribution systems to support a large-scale manufacturing facility in Queen Creek or Casa Grande, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-tech project team with plenty of growth potential and overtime opportunities. You’ll be working onsite, creating and coordinating detailed Revit 3D models, and leveraging tools like for clash detection and collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop accurate 3D Revit models for electrical systems, including power distribution, conduits, and panel layouts
• Collaborate with design and field teams to ensure coordination across disciplines
• Navisworks for clash detection and model reviews *Preferred not required
• Maintain and update models based on redlines and field markups
• Assist in resolving modeling and coordination issues in a fast-paced construction environment
