JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Prepare M&E/Archi/Structrual drawing and as-built drawings
• Assist project team in plans, designs, site condition, and method statement
• To coordinate with consultants, project team, and sub-contractors on issuing of drawings Coordination & understanding in design and construction of a project
• Prepare Drawings using AutoCAD
• Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers at all levels
• Remain constantly updated with the drafting technology to maintain technical competency
• Explain drawings to Project teams and provide adjustments when is needed
• Coordinate and liaise with Engineers in preparation of Archi drawings (Autocad / Revit)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Drafter in Construction Industry (Equipped with the local construction industry will be an added advantage)
• At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field AutoCAD and basic MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel skills Competency in BIM/Revit Preferred.
• Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure) will be added bonus.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to commit 5.5 days work week
