Job Description Job Title: BIM Engineer / Modeller Job Summary: The BIM Engineer / Modeller will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Revit models and families for multidisciplinary projects. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Revit, with proven expertise in family creation, project setup, and model management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage Revit models for various project disciplines (ELV, ICT Security, AV). Create, customize, and maintain Revit families as per project standards. Set up Revit projects, including creation of project templates, shared parameters, and view filters. Configure and manage worksets for efficient collaboration and model performance. Coordinate with design teams to ensure Revit models are aligned with design and BIM execution standards. Ensure adherence to BIM standards and contribute to continuous improvement of Revit workflows. Support project teams with troubleshooting Revit issues and implementing best practices. Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure proper model integration and data consistency. Required Competencies: Revit Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/MEP/Structure). Family Creation: Strong knowledge in parametric family creation and management. Project Setup: Proven experience in Revit project setup, including templates, shared parameters, and filters. Work-sharing: Practical understanding and use of Revit work sets for team collaboration. Coordination: Ability to manage model coordination between multiple disciplines. Standards & Templates: Experience in developing and maintaining Revit standards and templates. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and consistency in model development. Communication: Strong team collaboration and documentation skills. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Revit modelling and family creation. Experience working in BIM environments and knowledge of Autodesk BIM 360 / ACC is an advantage.
