Astute’s Power team is partnering with a leading principal contractor in the water treatment sector who are looking to recruit a 2D/3D BIM Modeller on a 12-month minimum contract for its London site.
The BIM Modeller role comes with a competitive day rate.

Key skills required for the BIM Modeller

• Create models aligned with the BIM Execution Plan and information requirements.
• Enters data into the elements of the model, complying with the requirements established for this purpose by the Information Manager.
• Participates in coordination meetings.
• Demonstrates knowledge of BIM processes (3D, 4D…).
• Demonstrates knowledge in the use of authoring BIM software.
• Familiar with the Common Data Environment (CDE) organization.
• Issues BIM design models in form and time.
• Generate the resources needed for modelling, such as families, schedules with the supervision and under the guidelines of the BIM Manager.
• Coordinates its modelling with other disciplines for the detection and correction of interferences with the support of the BIM Manager and the head of the technical office.
• Must hold Revit / (ACC 360) experience
• Navisworks and/or AutoCAD / Civil 3D / Plant 3D experience
