Job Description Here is what you will be doing: Experience in Autodesk Revit Software (MEP and Structures) and Autodesk Civil 3D to model and produce drawings without direct supervision. Prepare BIM models and deliverables to ensure they meet Client requirements and Industry Standards and project BIM Execution Plan. Checks the completeness & accuracy of work before review by the Senior Engineer or designated senior team member. Support work, related to projects in the department, as directed by the Team Leader. Follow coordination strategy and reporting using Navisworks and other coordination software and supports the team through the delivery phase. Assist with the management and coordination of all in-coming and out-going model and drawing information. Manages projects in BIM360. Organizes own work to achieve set deadlines. Keeps abreast of the latest software/ techniques to increase productivity. Modelling of below ground services in Revit, such as conduits, pipes and chambers. Teamwork: Proactively looks for opportunities to add value to deliverables, tasks and produces high-quality work. Support work, related to projects in the department, as directed by the Team Leader Treats each person fairly and able to work effectively with others. Earns trust and respect of colleagues. Communicates with clarity and purpose. Listens and learns from others. Ensures tasks are completed in a timely manner, objectives met and takes accountability for results. Qualifications Here is what we are looking for: Minimum 1 years’ experience in relevant Revit modelling. BIM Qualification / Diploma / advance diploma in civil engineering. Ability to fulfil all the above duties and responsibilities. Technical knowledge and experience of gravity and pressure flow in pipes. Dynamo script writing to develop modelling of underground services in Revit. Knowledge of Industry BIM standards, MEP Revit and Structures Revit, processes, and general approaches, modelling of underground services in Revit. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure and understand the importance of delivery and client satisfaction. Strong analytical, space interpretation, literacy and numerical skills Good planning and organizational skills Attention to detail.
