Description

Responsibilities * Support the production and development of 3D BIM models in line with project requirements and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) * Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining BIM models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Navisworks, and other relevant tools * Generate drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and schedules from BIM models * Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency * Assist in clash detection activities and support the resolution of design coordination issues * Prepare BIM deliverables for project submission and handover (e.g. IFC, RVT, COBie formats where required) * Support site teams with visualisation, basic quantity take-off, and construction sequencing when needed * Participate in BIM coordination meetings and assist in documenting model updates and changes * Maintain proper file organisation, version control, and documentation standards Requirements * Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or related field * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (prior BIM experience is an advantage but not required) * Basic knowledge of BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks will be an advantage * Willingness to learn BIM processes, standards, and coordination workflows * Good teamwork, communication, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Support the production and maintenance of 3D BIM models and generate technical drawings in accordance with project requirements. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design clashes and prepare deliverables for project handover.
