Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller proficient in both Revit Architecture and Revit MEP to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist our architecture and engineering teams in executing projects efficiently and accurately within the BIM environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • BIM Modeling:
  • Develop detailed 3D models for architectural and MEP disciplines using Revit.
  • Create and modify architectural elements (walls, doors, windows, floors, roofs).
  • Model MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing components.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

* EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a BIM Modeller.
  • Proficiency in both Revit Architecture and Revit MEP.
  • Experience working on projects that require coordination between architectural and MEP disciplines.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards.
  • Ability to create detailed and accurate 3D models for both architecture and MEP.
  • Familiarity with clash detection tools and processes.
  • Knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other related software is a plus.
