REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 - 3 years of BIM experience in main contractor company handling large scale buildings projects
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Revit certified or equivalent
• Able to complete models in a timely and quality manner

• Responsible for preparation and managing BIM execution plan.
• Responsible for development and submission of BIM model in accordance to BIM requirements.
• To develop 3D BIM model and make submissions to the Authority using BIM software(Revit or Microstation)
• Clash check using BIM model and coordination with project team and consultants.
• Prepare coordination meeting
• Model update based on coordination result
• Report BIM issues to BIM Manager / Coordinator
