The role supports design, engineering, and construction teams by ensuring accurate model creation, clash detection, and documentation in accordance with project standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models. Coordinate with design engineers and consultants to ensure model accuracy and completeness. Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar tools. Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company BIM standards. Update models based on design revisions and site feedback. Extract quantities and generate reports from BIM models. Maintain proper file management and version control as per project protocols. Participate in coordination meetings and provide model-based inputs. Software Proficiency Required: Autodesk Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP) AutoCAD Navisworks BIM 360 / ACC (preferred) Microsoft Office Key Skills: Strong technical and detailing skills Knowledge of BIM standards and LOD requirements Good coordination and communication skills Ability to work under deadlines Qualifications Qualification & Experience: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architecture / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. 3–8 years of experience in BIM modelling. Experience in Metro, Railway, Infrastructure, or High-rise Building projects preferred. Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing standards.
