Overview As a BIM Project Manager Specialist at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, supporting the successful delivery of large-scale data centre projects. You will play a key role in leading BIM coordination across project and campus level, ensuring integration, quality, and alignment with client standards. We will empower, support, and enable you to take ownership of BIM delivery, contributing to project success while continuing to grow your expertise within a collaborative and high-performing environment. The Opportunity In this role you will: Lead BIM coordination and delivery across large-scale data centre projects, ensuring alignment with client and PMC standards Oversee model integration, coordination, and clash detection, driving issue resolution with contractors and consultants Monitor day-to-day BIM activities, ensuring timely and accurate information flow across stakeholders Act as a key interface between client, design teams, and contractors on all BIM-related matters Ensure BIM processes support construction, commissioning, and handover activities Review and manage BIM deliverables, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements Support wider campus-level BIM strategy and coordination, beyond the core project scope Identify risks and issues proactively, working collaboratively to implement solutions Lead and attend coordination meetings, driving progress and resolving design and delivery challenges Promote best practices in digital construction and BIM execution We would love to hear from you if: Have strong experience in BIM management / coordination on large-scale construction projects (data centre experience highly desirable) Have experience working within a PMC / consultancy environment Are confident managing multiple stakeholders across complex project environments Have a strong understanding of BIM tools, processes, and project lifecycle integration Are detail-oriented and quality-focused, with a proactive mindset Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing Thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented environment and enjoy building strong relationships About us Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
