REQUIREMENTS:

· Associate’s degree in Revit /CAD/Drafting Technology or equivalent experience – PREFERRED
· Structural / Architectural Detailing experience - PREFERRED
· Familiar with 3D Modeling
· AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam Revu Experience
· Navisworks is a plus but not required
· Must be able to read Construction Plans.
· Attention to detail and precision for projects requirements
· COMPUTER SKILLS including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
· Excellent time management skills to detail and coordinate multiple projects
· Good math skills, visualization, and presentation techniques to convert structural drawings into concrete profile plans
· Able to diagnose and resolve drawing conflicts and errors

· Review and analyze architectural and structural plans to prepare concrete profile plans & 3D model
· Attend scheduled BIM meetings with other trades
· Make corrections based on coordination meetings with other trades & relay changes to internal team
· Submit RFI’s (Request for Information)
· Produce shop drawings based on the Revit model
· Coordinate shop drawing changes with our internal team
