Job Description We are seeking a BIM Specialist specializing in linear transport infrastructure to join our technical team dedicated to public works projects in Italy. The Candidate will join the Building & Places Team, which provides services on large-scale real estate and civil engineering projects. Our teams work on complex real estate projects, pulling the right resources across the company to support project needs. Main Responsibilities: • Development and management of BIM models for transport infrastructure (roads, railways, subways). • Support design teams in implementing digital processes. • Collaboration with engineers, architects, and other specialists to ensure model quality and consistency. • Management of information flows and control of digital technical documentation. • Support in defining internal BIM guidelines and procedures. Qualifications • Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or similar. • 2-4 years of experience in BIM design and modeling, with a focus on linear transport infrastructure. • Fluent in Italian and English. • Excellent knowledge of major BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent). • Familiarity with BIM regulations and standards for public works in Italy. • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and problem-solving skills. Plus: • BIM certifications (UNI 11337-7 or equivalent). • Experience with complex public procurement.
