JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead and drive digitalisation efforts within project teams to deliver Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) projects, championing the adoption and advancement of BIM, VDC, and other digital tools.
• Proficient in handling 3D models across Civil & Structural (C&S), Architectural, and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) disciplines.
• Provide feedback and support in enhancing QA/QC monitoring processes in alignment with the organisation’s VDC/IDD standards.
• Maintain and update organisational BIM templates and documentation to ensure standardisation across projects.
• Create and manage 2D/3D content families; oversee the quality and accuracy of these assets.
• Lead and mentor a team of Modellers/Senior Modellers; oversee the timely delivery of BIM models for design, documentation, and fabrication.
• Manage and coordinate the shop drawing submission schedule; ensure compliance with project timelines.
• Generate and review BIM documentation and shop drawings directly from models.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, clients, and subcontractors to support design coordination through VDC platforms.
• Conduct QA/QC checks for model parameters and attributes, ensuring accuracy for 5D cost management purposes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field, with specialised training in BIM.
• Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience in BIM modelling and management, preferably with an A1 Main Contractor or Consultancy firm.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic working knowledge of Dynamo and Civil 3D is preferred.
• Familiarity with 4D construction sequencing and 5D cost integration.
• Strong adaptability and flexibility; thrives in both team environments and independent roles.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
