REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in BIM software tools (Revit, Navisworks and/or AutoCAD) required
• Understanding of building systems and construction methodologies required
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and BIM protocols (COBie, IFC, BIM Execution Plans)

• Develop detailed 3D models using Revit
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop accurate and detailed BIM models
• Utilize BIM models to create 2D and 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs
• Collaborate with project team members to integrate design into a unified BIM model
• Update/maintain BIM models throughout project lifecycle
