The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and motivated BIM Technician to join our Perth team. In this critical role, you will play an essential part in producing high-quality structural, electrical, and civil documentation, primarily using Revit and AutoCAD.
Your technical expertise will support a wide array of projects across Australia, including wind farms, road infrastructure, transmission lines, water treatment facilities, and desalination plants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and refine detailed structural and civil documentation, including plans for structural steel, precast and reinforced concrete, in-situ concrete slabs, road alignments, retaining walls, and pavements.
  • Prepare accurate drawings for structural and infrastructure projects using Revit, AutoCAD, and MicroStation software.
  • Oversee the issuance and distribution of drawings and related documents through project collaboration platforms such as ProjectWise.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a library of standard details and Revit families to support project consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to meet project deadlines and adhere to documentation standards.
  • Produce as-built drawings, incorporating final changes from redline markups.
  • Update models based on redline markups to ensure all modifications are accurately captured.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Proven experience in drafting and modeling for structural and infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in producing detailed structural and civil documentation.
  • Proficiency in Revit, MicroStation, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within project teams.
