As a BIM Technician at Stantec, you’ll work alongside a team of architects, engineers, and project managers on a wide variety of projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, and residential. You’ll play a key role in the delivery of high-quality digital models and drawings using industry-leading tools and workflows.

Your role will include the following:

• Produce and manage accurate BIM models and technical drawings in line with project and client requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated designs and clash-free models.
• Support the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project-specific standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM standards, technologies, and best practices (e.g. ISO 19650).
• Assist with model audits, coordination reviews, and data validation processes.

ABOUT YOU:

We’re looking for someone with a passion for BIM and you will have the following:-

• Proven experience as a BIM Technician or similar role within the building design industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools.
• Solid understanding of building services coordination and model workflows.
• Familiarity with UK BIM standards and digital delivery requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
• A relevant qualification in architecture, engineering, or construction-related discipline is desirable.
