Your Opportunity Stantec is seeking a BIM Technician in US West to play a key role in the delivery of BIM and CAD project documentation. You will work closely with Other BIM Technicians, project managers, engineers, and other disciplines to develop coordinated models and drawings, support ACC/BIM 360 workflows, and help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in compliance with established standards. Your Key Responsibilities * Set up, maintain, and update Revit models and CAD drawings in accordance with project requirements and company standards. * Manage and support project workflows within ACC/BIM 360, including model hosting, publishing, and coordination. * Produce accurate 2D documentation and coordinated 3D models. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other disciplines to support integrated project delivery, including clash detection and model coordination. * Convert markups/redlines into high-quality, document ready deliverables. * Manage drawing production, sheet setup, and revisions throughout the project lifecycle. * Ensure compliance with company, client, and project BIM/CAD standards. * Provide day-to-day technical support for AutoCAD and Revit users. * Assist with model content, updates, and family management as needed. * Work across multiple projects, managing priorities and communicating proactively to meet deadlines. * Operate effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week. Responsibilities
The BIM Technician is responsible for setting up and maintaining Revit models and CAD drawings while managing workflows within ACC/BIM 360. They coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to produce accurate 2D documentation and 3D models, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
