QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Ability to work of own initiative and contribute as part of team
• Strong communications; written, verbal and using sketches.
• Accuracy with an application to drawings and for quality control purposes, including the work of colleagues and other members of the project team
• Liaison with design team members regarding queries or issues relating to drawings, and assisting in their resolution
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

• Contribute to the production and co-ordination of technical drawings derived from Revit models
• Provide feedback to more senior staff regarding progress against project plans/deadlines
• Work with other disciplines and/or external bodies as required
• Attend project/ design/ BIM meetings and site visits
• Document control and project maintenance to ISO standards.
