Main Responsibilities include: * Prepare general arrangement drawings and RC detailing with bar bending schedule. * Ensures drawings comply with specific project design brief instructions and all details are being carried out correctly to * WSP Standards and QA Procedures. * Conduct reinforcement bar quantity estimates. * Able to prepare structural General Arrangement, reinforced concrete and structural steelwork drawings * Technical Revit operations in accordance with company requirements and standards. * Ensure the format of the drawing sheets are set up to cater for individual projects specific requirements * Ensures construction documents accuracy based on discipline. * Collaborates and coordinates with other disciplines * Adheres to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria. * Follows BIM content standards and development procedures. * Prints drawing set for professional team and attends discipline reviews. * Exports DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally. * Ability to work within a team and produce high quality work. * Perform quality drawing checks as required * Inform team leads and clients about the progress and status of work * Assisting more senior BIM Technicians and Coordinators with the analysis of tasks and problems. * Building an understanding of basic discipline-based design concepts. * Participate in training activities to extend and share own knowledge. * Gain an appreciation for the variety of project technology tools required for digital project delivery. * Comply with all role specific SHEQ obligations. * Develop and awareness of project delivery risk and mitigation techniques. * Other duties as directed, to help the company provide outstanding service to its customers Qualifications * A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or any related course * Knowledgeable in Revit Structures, AutoCAD, and Dynamo * Proficient in all Microsoft Office suite. * Excellent English, verbal and written. Experience, Capabilities & Competencies: * Expert in Dynamo with skillset across Dynamo Parametric Modelling/Design, Data Transferring, Manipulation & Analysis, Interoperability with Different Engineering Software Exchange. * Able to program in Python. C++ or C# is also a bonus. * Experience in structural modelling and detailing of reinforced concrete and steel structures * Experience in BIM360, BIM360 docs Project wise * The ability to work as a team player, working with the wide variety of personalities and situations whilst remaining * professional and outcome focused. * The ability to work independently and to communicate clearly with clients, management team, office team members, * colleagues and consultants. * Attention to detail and the ability to follow up targets and deadlines to achieve outcomes. * Conversant in most manners of Construction Methodology & Project Delivery methods. * Active participation in IQBE initiatives and Discipline Plans. * Develops an understanding of WSP's organizational capability and how to access it. * Knowledge of relevant systems, procedures and practices. * Aware of organizational approach to risk management, ethics and safety. Responsibilities
