Job Description: As a BIM Technologist, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and managing BIM models for various projects.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
• Implementing BIM standards and protocols.
• Conducting quality control checks on models and drawings.
• Providing technical support and training to team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience in a mechanical environment (asset)
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret Structural and Plumbing construction drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
