REQUIREMENTS

  • Communication skills - Must be comfortable with speaking to clients and stakeholders
  • Industry Knowledge - Able to identify and initiate conversations with key local industry players
  • Crypto and Blockchain Knowledge - A keen interest and knowledge of basic cryptocurrency and blockchain technology are essential
  • Language Requirement - Bilingual English/Spanish is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Portuguese would be an advantage.
  • Work Ethics - Disciplined and strong ability to work independently
  • Educational Background - Polytechnic or University Graduate, prior working experience part-time or full-time is highly preferred
  • Knowledge on APIs - Having knowledge on APIs is highly preferable
Responsibilities
  • Account Servicing - Assist the Partnership Manager in day-to-day account servicing matters, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of partner inquiries.
  • Lead Identification and Pitching - Support the Partnership Manager in pitching appropriate products for potential partners and assist in pitching them effectively.
  • Commercial Negotiations and Project Management - Participate in commercial negotiations, support the end to end onboarding process, and ensure the smooth technical integration and execution of partnerships.
  • Relationship Management - Aid the Partnership Manager in maintaining strong relationships with senior-level executives of high-value partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Internal Collaboration - Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations teams, to facilitate effective partnership management.
  • Process Improvement - Suggest new and innovative ways to enhance existing processes, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiencies of our internal processes.
