Description
Binder Processing & Data Management Process binder accounts of varying complexity (High/Medium/Low) within defined TAT and quality standards. Perform thorough data validation, policy verification, premium calculations, and documentation checks. Ensure accurate import of account details into internal systems (e.g., TS or equivalent portals). Maintain appropriate tracking logs, workbooks, and audit trails for all assigned tasks. Quality Assurance & SLA Adherence Meet daily, weekly, and monthly volume targets while maintaining internal and external accuracy metrics. Conduct self-quality checks and flag discrepancies proactively. Ensure compliance with client-specific guidelines, workflows, and SOPs. Stakeholder Coordination Communicate effectively with internal teams, including QA, audit, and senior analysts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data gaps, queries, and clarifications. Support clients with required updates, reports, and issue-resolution where needed. Process Improvement & Reporting Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy. Assist in creating or updating SOPs, trackers, and training materials. Support weekly and monthly reporting on volumes, productivity, SLA performance, and accuracy. Training & Team Support Participate in KT sessions, team huddles, and refresher workshops.
