Job Details Job Location: Indigo Sky Casino - Wyandotte, OK 74370 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Swing Job Category: Other Starting Rate: $9.73 an hour +tips ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Assists guests with questions and provides guest service to all Bingo patrons. · Sells a variety of merchandise, Bingo packs, and specials and pull tabs both at the cashier window and on the Bingo floor. · Receives payment and makes change for Bingo Sales. · Calculates total payments received during a time period, and reconciles this with total sales. · Sorts, counts and verifies merchandise, paper and pull tabs. · Verifies Bingos. · Payouts of verified Bingos. · Follows Policy and Procedures set forth by the Bingo department. · Maintain a consistent and regular attendance record. Qualifications EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED preferred EXPERIENCE: Customer service and cash handling LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to maneuver in the casino, visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints. Must be able to stand and/or walk for 7 1\2 hours per day.
