Job Description The Bioanalytical Testing Specialist will perform analytical testing to support protein and small‑molecule therapeutic programs. This role requires strong hands‑on experience with analytical instrumentation—specifically a minimum of 2 years of industry experience operating HPLC systems independently. Key Responsibilities Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analyses of protein and small‑molecule therapeutics Independently operate analytical instrumentation, including HPLC (2+ years required), iCE, CGE, and UV spectroscopy Prepare samples and standards for analysis with minimal supervision Execute analytical assays and ensure accurate, timely data generation Perform routine monthly maintenance on laboratory instrumentation Support lab operations and maintain compliance with cGMP guidelines Utilize LIMS for sample management, data entry, and documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field, or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of hands‑on, industry-based HPLC experience 2–3 years of bioanalytical testing experience preferred Proficiency with iCE, CGE, and UV spectroscopy Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing/GMP environment Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) Strong data management, organization, and documentation skills Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship Additional Information What to Expect in the Hiring Process: 10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter 45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leader 45-60 Minute Onsite to Meet the Team The position is Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
