Role & Responsibilities Consult with FLBK staff about site facilities and amenities to define and direct work. Oversight of outsourced Facilities Management contract. Manage and maintain the site inventory for building leases. Assist the capital project team in providing major new buildings or improving existing facilities at FLBK. Manage the safe system of work for maintenance and improvement activities within non-process areas. Monitor utility consumption. Responsible for site security and deliver site metrics for physical asset performance. Qualifications and Experience HND or foundation degree or higher qualification. (Essential) Experienced (>5 years) leading and participating in multi- disciplinary teams, leading Facility Management. (Essential) Experienced in delivering, including through others, safe and compliant maintenance and engineering. (Essential) Experienced of managing within a matrix organisation. Working towards shared goals through collaboration. (Essential) Experience of implementation and maintenance of security systems. (Desirable) Demonstrates the ability to work with others to define the needs of an organisation through direct employee feedback relating to both “Soft and Hard” FM. (Essential) Why work with us?
