Job Description Job Summary: Conduct biophysical and analytical testing using advanced instrumentation, while supporting lab operations, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Biophysical & Analytical Testing: Perform testing using techniques such as: Analytical Ultracentrifugation (AUC) Circular Dichroism (CD) Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) Dynamic & Static Light Scattering (DLS/SLS) Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) UV-Vis & IR Spectroscopy NMR Spectroscopy Mass Photometry SEC-MALS Lab Operations: Prepare buffers and operate automated liquid handling systems. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant lab environment. Documentation & Compliance: Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and ensure accurate record-keeping. Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams and interface with clients. Use Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Power BI is a plus. Qualifications Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Biology) with 10+ years of relevant industry experience. Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without restriction or a need for sponsorship. Technical & Scientific Skills: Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with data analysis preferred. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external clients. Work Style & Compliance: Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude. Proven ability to learn new techniques, follow instructions, and maintain accurate records.
