Job Description Conduct biophysical and analytical testing using techniques such as: Analytical Ultracentrifugation (AUC) Circular Dichroism (CD) Spectroscopy Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) Static Light Scattering (SLS) Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) UV-Visible (UV-Vis) Spectroscopy Infrared (IR) Spectroscopy Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectroscopy Mass Photometry Size-Exclusion Chromatography with Multi-Angle Light Scattering (SEC-MALS) Perform buffer preparation and automated liquid handling/measurement Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment in compliance with safety and regulatory standards Adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and ensure accurate record-keeping Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and interface with multiple clients Utilize Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Power BI is preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, or related field) with 10+ years of directly related industry experience Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external clients Self-motivated, adaptable, and positive attitude Proven ability to learn new techniques, maintain accurate records, and follow instructions Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging diverse teams Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills Commitment to quality, teamwork, and productivity Candidates located within a commutable distance of Indianapolis, IN are encouraged to apply.
