Description

The Ethicist role contributes to the mission and vision of FMOLHS by leading a system approach to Ethics Services across the entire FMOL Health System; including ethics education and consultation coverage of all health system hospitals, ambulatory care sites, clinic sites, ministries, and behavioral health services within 5 Catholic Dioceses in 2 different states. Collaborates with SVP Mission, senior and high-level leaders throughout the health system on a routine basis to support a wide range of initiatives in the delivery of Catholic healthcare to all the communities served by all divisions in all regions.

Responsibilities

Lead a system-wide approach to ethics services, providing education and consultation across hospitals, clinics, and behavioral health sites. Collaborate with senior leadership to support the delivery of Catholic healthcare across multiple dioceses and states.
